“I have an electric car, which had a 112 mile range left when I left it at Heathrow. The APH driver then drove my car so fast/accelerated so hard to the parking area they used up 60 miles over a 7 mile drive. I can see all of this from my cars onboard computer and it remebers the way the car is driven to estimate the miles. I phoned APH to ask why my car had been driven so poorly to be told that 'my car must have a fault' I didn't have enough range to then get home and had to pay £20 for them to charge my car for my return. This car's normal range is approx. 300 miles to a charge. When it had finished charging at APH the range was 187 miles (again this reinforces the way it was driven from Heathrow to the parking area) APH you should be ashamed of yourself for saying my car has a fault, when technology can clearly tell me everything I need to know about how it was being driven. My car never had this 'fault' before or after being looked after by you. I will not be entrusting my car to you again.”
“Although the drop off at Heathrow airport T3 was efficient, we had to wait longer than we would have liked to collect our car from T5 on our return. I also paid to have the car washed. The windows, particularly on the driver's door were streaky and smudged, so I felt that a much better job could have been done.”
“we were very late arriving at the car park to the extent that the check in was closing in 10 minutes. The meet and greet were excellent as they helped us park the car, pay the fees and get to the check in desk before it closed... excellent client services!!”
“The price and service at the car par park was excellent. The return of the car was on time but the drivers floor mat was covered in mud as well as the door sill. Obviously the car was parked somewhere muddy and the driver had to walk through it. To improve the service the drivers should wear footwear covers until they are in the car to save car interiors.”
“I found the signage Vs email directions tricky to follow on arrival and it cost me an extra £17 which was annoying.
On collection very prompt delivery, Abdul Hamid delivered the car back advising that it had been washed off due to being covered in bird droppings. Very pleased with that.”
