“The overall service was fine.
One problem was finding our way into the drop off area of Heathrow T5. The directions in the booking email were not clear so we ended up in the wrong place. We had to call to get better directions. Secondly, when my car was returned, my driver seat had been moved, not just forward or back, but the height, the back rest angle, the lumbar support and the head rest. I can understand the need to move it back or forward but every possible thing that could be changed, was changed. Very, very annoying.”
“I waited over 45 mins for my car to arrive, first of all I was told my car was 'blocked in by other cars' and the second reason was because the driver went to the worng terminal. My car also stunk of sweat of body odur”

We had to return early due to an emergency at home and they were really helpful when I phoned and emailed them to rearrange our return date. Phoned after collecting luggage and the car arrived very quickly.”
