“Started well with a courtesy call 30mins from when I advised arrival to check all in track.
Smooth and quick hand over process once arrived at terminal.
Again had a call after arrival to check progress of customs / baggage claim and anticipated collection time.
Vehicle arrived within minutes of returning to pick up point.
Only issue was I had selected APH as they offered package to charge EV whilst away so you come back to a charged vehicle. This was not the case which meant I had to stop on way home to charge and pay a premium for this stop. The reason I chose APH was the fact they charged vehicle and the additional cost for this service made it a viable option. If I had know I would not have had the service I paid for I would have paid half the price for the meet and greet service with the company I usually use.
All in all a expensive experience which I won’t be using again in future.”
