Great service from start to finish. Booking online was easy, directions easy to follow, car attendants were professional in meeting and get the car returned. Definitely use again in the future!

We live less than 30mins from Heathrow so my partner rang as soon as we were on the M25. The directions were easy to follow and it was reassuring to have someone at a desk to check in. The handover process was punctual and quick (and a nice bit of upselling with arranging the car to be washed). Their return procedure was just as easy and when I rang I spoke to someone who confirmed there were no delays and our car would be ready in due course. We waited less than 5 mins (it was about 10pm on Saturday) when we got to the drop off/pick up area. The drivers were courteous and communication was good and it was a great meet & greet service. I would book with them again, but the quotes for our next trip in November are 40% more expensive so will have to shop around this time - a great pity.

This was the second time we had used APH Meet & Greet (provided by MBW) and, as before, all went well, even though we missed our return flight, caught the next one and arrived a couple of hours after the originally scheduled time. We called MBW before the flight to change the arrival time and also the terminal at which we were to arrive. They made the necessary changes and the car duly arrived not long after we presented ourselves at the desk in the car park. It was clean and had evidently only done a few miles since we left it with them.

The reason for average. I needed to manage my booking whilst in Florida. When I went on manage my booking it would not let me do anything. The only other way to get in touch with MBW was by phone an 0208 number which ment a costly International call. The only help from APH in answer to my email was, they can't change bookings you have to go direct to MBW. MBW can you please provide an email for when customers need to contact you when they are away. My problems were caused by storms Helena and Milton in Florida.

It was a good service and i like the fact that they called me when I was heading to the airport and also when I was getting my bags on arrival.
