“I’ve used many meet & greet companies at Heathrow, TBH this is one of the best - for d smoke they have a desk at T5 so no waiting AND my car arrived before I called them after collecting my luggage, for the first time ever - often I end up waiting ages for the car on my return. I would 100% recommend”
“I have used this company in the past with no issues. Upon returning to collect my car on this occasion I find my front offside wheel has been curbed. Now I understand that this sort of thing occurs and that's why companies have insurance and a claims procedure, but why aren't your operatives more upfront and honest. The driver must have known that they had caused some damage. You know customers film their vehicles before handing over. In fact you tell them to. If you want be really customer service focused, get the ball rolling before the customer returns. Train your drivers and operatives to be more upfront and honest and you guys must also give them the support to be as such.... then every review would be 5 stars.”
“I was pleasantly surprised at how the arrangement of the meet and greet set up at terminal 5 allowed me to access terminal 5 straight from the car park with very little administrative requirements prior to leaving the car.”
