“It was a really good experience and would very readily recommend APH to travellers out of Heathrow. The car handover took literally 5 minutes and on our return all we did was call them once we had our luggage in hand and the car was waiting for us at the pick up point by the time we walked there. Saved us a lot of hassles and was a very pleasant experience. We will definately be using them again.”

APH offers a superb service out of Gatwick , I can’t say the same for terminal 3 at Heathrow! Firstly we were contacted just outside the airport by a company called M&W (?), we had no idea who they were… we expected APH! We arrived at the check in desk of the same company…. We were not advised we would be dealing with a company other than APH!
Upon return, our car was ready, but getting up to level 4 is a nightmare as the lifts are too small for the level of human and trolley traffic all trying to get into a lift!
The car was fine, we were given a ticket to open the exit barrier….. when we got to the barrier the ticket didn’t work, the machine saying the ticket was not valid and already used! We had two cars waiting behind us and we had to ask the drivers to back up to get us out of the queue. A representative of M&H came down after a few minutes and eventually the barrier lifted and we were able to leave. This area was very busy and was very stressful trying to leave. Not good enough guys !

“Disappointed that someone drank half the bottle of coke while we were away that we left in the car. Would rather they just took the whole bottle, but they drank half and left the other half in the car. Car was collected and delivered fine though.”
