“Very inconvenient service. Arrived back early by 30 minutes and was charged an additional £40 for a slightly early drop off. Collection and drop off address changed when I was already on site. Would not recommend”
“We booked hotel and meet and greet via APH. Only issue was directions we received from the hotel to the meet and greet location. The instructions made no sense and were therefore difficult to follow. a What 3 Words location or similar would be useful. Also, thought price we had already paid on booking was final, wasnt expecting to have to pay £7.50 at drop off and another £7.50 on collection for short stay car park fees.”
