Our gear box was damaged. Car drove perfectly well on the way to the airport. When we drove off just after leaving the car park towards the M25 from LHR5 it was clear that there was something very wrong when trying to put the car into 3rd gear. The gear transmission was no longer smooth and there was a crunching sound when putting the car into 3rd. As we had driven off it was very difficult to prove that they had damaged the car but who else could have damaged it when the car was perfectly fine on the way to the airport. Also this is the first time we have had to pay for the parking on arrival and depature. We have never had to do this with other meet and greet parking operators at LHR.

Great communication, we were delayed arriving which caused no problems. Car returned promptly by driver. Very easy and efficient and good price

Nice and efficient staff and reasonably priced. Convenient and quick especially good late at night with no fuss, you can get on the road quickly. Shame you have to pay the airport car park/drop off charge to get off of the airport grounds ‍♀️

Only drawback with meet and greet is having to pay the car park charge at Heathrow on top of the payment made for APH

From start to finish the team at ELMG we're excellent, displaying superb customer service and professionalism. Our car was well cared for and communications were brilliant. Will definitely be using again.
