“We recently used this company for the first time. We were a little nervous beforehand, as we have a newish lease car and had read plenty of scare stories about airport parking companies damaging cars. However, we needn't have worried. The instructions were clear and the handover all went to plan very smoothly (important when you're anxious about arriving on time to your terminal!). The chap who took the car was extremely polite and helpful about how to pay the exit fee for the car. On our return, we were met on time & the car was as we'd left it. The chap was again very polite & helped us with our bags. Great experience and would use this company again. Excellent......”
“The signs to get to the 4th floor were very confusing and we ended up on the third floor with no way of getting up. They said not to worry they'd come to the third floor. I was waiting for 15 minutes there looking around for someone abd called a couple of times. It was all quite stressful and then I had to pay £7 for the parking which I wasn't expecting. The return once I called to collect the car we were asked if we wanted to avoid another parking fee and if do had to walk quite a lot further to the hilton hotel with a lot of verbal instructions which wasn't easy to take on after a day of travel. I had luggage and two children and it was just not as expected, my car smelt a bit off like stale smoke. I wouldn't use again.”
“Cannot praise Edward Lloyd enough. All staff (on the telephone and at drop off and pick up) were helpful, friendly and efficient. We were staying overnight at an airport hotel the night before our flight and they picked the car up from us at the hotel which saved us having to get ourselves to our hotel from the airport drop off point. Will definitely use Edward Lloyd again.”
