“Very efficient service from the employee from Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet. We phoned 30 mins prior to estimated arrival as requested, were met where instructed to do so and car taken care of. Return process equally as efficient. Would recommend and use in future. We paid a reasonable price for Meet and Greet service. Just be aware you do have to pay for the ticket to allow the car out of the car park - it's £7.50 in and out on return.”

“Meet and greet but no one there to meet me, waited 10 to 15 minutes, came back and car was not ready was told it was because I had come back on the wrong day. I had booked an extra day by mistake but had confirmed my return flight when I dropped off the car. They then charged me an extra £30 to get my car as it was early. Stay away from these I have used meet and greet many times at Heathrow with no problems, this was the first time I have used Edward Lloyd and the last time.”
