We struggled to find the car park as we had never flew from Heathrow before - I contacted them several times to find is as I was very lost - these staff answered each one without fail, and were both helpful and polite each time. My car was taken on time, as well as being dropped off to myself on time. Car was in perfect condition! Will definitely use this service again! And this time I know where to go!”

“Despite telling them my arrival time I had to wait over 30 kind for the to arrive and collect my car on arrival.
When I had my luggage I called the main number bug there was No Reply. I used another number and gave all my details to tge Edward Lloyd employee. They stated they'd be 10 -15 mins at the collection point. After another call from someone else I had to wait 45 mins for my car. Seemingly dreadful communications between staff and the 'office' even if it exists”
