“Drop off was very efficient. Pick up was unsatisfactory. As instructed I called on landing and again when baggage was collected and then was told it would be a further 20 mins. Once at the car park I was told my car was on its way, which was a lie as I could see from my vehicle’s app that it was still parked.”
“As we waited for our car, we received a call to advise us that our tyre was flat. They used the repairs canister to inflate the tyre and drove it to us. The tyre had a 5 inch screw in it so we struggled to make it home. We were told that we couldn’t claim as it was wear and tear! Our car is 6 months old! Clearly, the compound wasn’t suitable for cars to be driven on!”
