“Excellent service and far cheaper than on site. Met at short stay car park at time arranged and when we returned we called to say we had landed and again at baggage control and our car was delivered within 2 minutes of us arriving at the car park. Would highly recommend on the basis of the service we received”
“All as described, pick up and drop off was smooth and car was returned in the same condition I left it in. Just beware of being bang on time for either end as otherwise a £10 cash charge is applied which is a bit frustrating considering how much parking costs, and the fact that there is often delays such as traffic or flight delays.”
“I was very impressed with our drop off and pick up. Both were slick. Our bag pick up took longer than expected and the guys were patient smiley and polite and very helpful with our bags. The only under par response was with someone answering the call when we arrived. Maybe he was a bit sleepy but he wasn't rude just a bit uncommunicative. The drivers certainly made up for it though”
“Couldn't fault them - they rang me when I was en route to the airport to confirm drop off time and where I needed to go - then I called them once I'd got my cases on the return and by the time I'd walked back to the Short Stay my car was parked there waiting for me. Very easy to deal with and everything you could expect from a M&G at a very reasonable price compared to a lot of other companies. Would certainly use again.”
