“Do not ever leave your car with them. When I went to get in it my front seat was drenched. They left my front window open obviously all week because it was that wet inside. The driver chucked the keys at me and is everything ok while I was checking the outside out not thinking that the inside was like a swimming pool. When I called the number that I was given back, nobody could suddenly speak any English and the conversation didn’t go anywhere.”

“I was very reluctant to hand over my car to these people as the person I was approached by when I arrived was not in any kind of uniform and had no ID badge to prove to me who he was, this man did not look professionally dressed at all. When I came back I found out that my car had been unnecessarily driven by these people and was also now at the wrong terminal without any explanation as to why. I called multiple times asking for an update whilst I was waiting for my car to arrive at the correct terminal and the employee was extremely rude to me on the phone. My car arrived in the car park quite frankly being driven very unsafely and erratically. The employee was rude to me again after I expressed I was not pleased with this situation and how my car has not been looked after in my absence. Will not be using this company again.”
“There was a complete mix up on our return. We rang when we landed and then when we had our bags and were told the car would be at terminal 5 in ten to fifteen minutes. After 20 minutes I rang and got somebody telling me our car was already there!!! we couldn't see it anywhere and about three minutes later it appeared. Not a great end to a holiday”
