“The representative met us at terminal 5 although somehow the booking had been made for terminal 2.
It wasn’t an issue. He said he would see us again in 2 weeks at terminal 5. We arrived and he wasn’t there. He said he was in terminal 2 and I reminded him it was 5 as agreed. I am happy to admit an error in the booking was made but he said it wasn’t a problem. The guy then shouted at me and hung up! He had my car! After several calls he agreed to bring it to terminal5. I get that he had forgotten to change the booking. I didn’t need somebody shouting at me and telling me to go to another terminal with 4 suitcases after an exhausting day traveling. Wouldn’t use them again as I don’t thing the answer is so shout at customers.”
“Disappointing. Driver left me waiting with 2 tiny children for 20 minutes on return and then shouted out me for being in the wrong car park- which I was not. Had to get another car parking attendant to talk to him as he was so aggressive. Would not recommend this service.”
