“This was the second time we have used this service and can certainly recommend it. Easy to book, good communication. Telephone answered promptly- car was at the pick up point 10 minutes after baggage collection even though we landed ahead of schedule.”
“The instructions to get to the car parking area were not clear enough. You need to stress the importance of not only “keeping left” at entrance barriers but also to state what it says above the barrier! Far easier that way.
Also my car went in clean and when it was returned, the driver’s side was splattered with muddy water over the entire area! It was filthy. I asked the guy what on earth had happened to my car and he explained there are lorries driving past the compound. God only knows where my car had been, but no I was furious to get my car back in that state. The driver simply said it would come off with more rain!
Not impressed however the actual drop off and pick up went as expected and was better than catching a bus back to the short stay car parks as before. Mind you, we did have to wait 15 minutes for the car despite calling once landed and once again as we got luggage.
Would much prefer to keep my key and park in a hotel, in a spot I’ve chosen. So no, wouldn’t recommend you to others.”

“I had the journey from hell to Heathrow bcos of protesters on the M25 which meant that sections were shut. My Meet & Greet driver stayed in touch with me so I could update him with my arrival time. The arrival and return process was very simple, exactly as described on the instructions I received after booking, and reinforced by the driver on arrival.
What so don’t appreciate however is having to dispose of someone’s McDonald’s waste that was left in my car when I collected it.
That aside I would consider using Edward Lloyd again.”
