I would suggest calling as your flight's bags start to come on the carousel rather than waiting for your bag. We needed a quick getaway and took a while to get the car back. They were very communicative throughout the process though, hence the 5 stars.”
“Good service. Clear and concise instructions and communication. One tiny little gripe was that in the text description it says something like take the lift to the short term car park, go across the bridge, go to level 4, rows A & B etc and your car will be there waiting for you. But mine wasn't waiting for me having called a few times prior to asking for my car at the required times, when landed and when having collected baggage. In actual fact, I called 4 or 5 times before I got an answer which was a little disconcerting after a long haul flight, tired and jet lagged. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh but it's called meet and greet and I felt a half hour wait was a bit excessive when the long term airport parking claim it's a 6 minute transfer to get to your car. I may consider that option in future. Apart from that no other complaints.”
