“Drop off on departure flight was great no problems. When picking up, wrong car was brought...then got taken part way to the yard in this car. But due to traffic had to get out. Then waited outside for our car. In total it took over an hour to get our car.”
“Excellent service. Dropping off, they called us enroute to check how we were doing (M25 was bad) we then called at the time instructed and all three cars were collected as we arrived at Heathrow. On return our flight was 40mins early we called as instructed on landing and then again as we left baggage hall. When we arrived at the meeting point the 3 cars came around the corner. Can only say it worked like clock work. Highly recommended.”
“Absolute con!! They charge you an extra £30 if you arrive after midnight. So when I had my flight delayed by 2 hours and I arrived at 00:30 they charged me an additional £30, basically increasing my parking cost by 50%.
And when we were stressed from the delays and keen to get home asap they want you to find a cash point to arrive with your £30 cash. If they are going to have this outrageous policy they should at least be able to take the money from the card on file rather than needing you to arrive with cash.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, even if they charged £20 a week on principle. A** H****”
