“Miserable non helpful people on the phone! On the return we called them as we went through customs. Walked to the car and the car was there but nobody to hand over keys! Phoned them and they said they couldn’t wait as we had taken so long!!!! We did not hang around but because my husband cannot walk fast due to a disabilty they obviously didn’t want to wait. Honestly we took 15 mins to walk from the airport to the short stay but apparently this was too long!!!!! Bear in mind they knew that my husband was disabled!!! Waited 10 mins so we phoned again to be told it was our fault as we weren’t there and it would be another 10-15 mins. So bloody rude we waited 20 mins altogether!!! We do not pay extra for meet and greet to have this service!!!! Surely you shd allow time especially knowing you are dealing with a disabled person. Absolutely shocking will never use again!!!!!!”
