“Excellent service. I would warn customers to read the small print so they're not surprised by the London ULEZ congestion charge, as the car park at terminal 5 (Heathrow) is just inside. Also the need to pay for the short stay car park twice. These fees add up on top of the initial cost. Having said that, the service was excellent - can't fault it. We appreciated the quick getaway on the return leg of our journey, for sure!”
“On arrival to drop our car off, it worked perfectly. When we arrived home, we called Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet as we were requested to, and then when we’ve got our bags we called again as per the instructions. We called eight times with no reply which increased our anxiety and made us think our car was not coming. Eventually we got a call back and the guy gave some lame excuse as to why he had not answered the phone. We stood in a freezing cold car park for over half an hour waiting for somebody to answer our call and deliver our car. When the car was eventually delivered, the driver knew nothing about all the calls we had made and couldn’t understand why it had taken so long for him to be told to drop the car off at the car park.Will never use again.”
“The Meet part was fine, although we have to pay the £7.50 for the car park now (which was listed when we booked). Collection we were advised would be at the back of a hotel to avoid the parking charge. Another car came with our car, our driver leapt out, said all ok? Dived into the other car and sped off. All seemed rather underhand. There were cameras so we are waiting to see if we get contacted about this. Just not very professional. Car all ok, no damage or anything and we did save the £7.50 for the car park.”
“Simple process. Car was collected and checked over for damage by the staff member. On our return the car was brought to a convenient pick up point close to the terminal. Would use again and would recommend”
“I've been using meet and greet sevices car parking across Heathrow many times a year and this is the first time ive personally had to pay for the barrier ticket to get into the car park once the car keys were handed over! Similarly upon return, the original instructions advised to return to the car park level where the keys were handed over but this was changed upon landing and I was advised to go to back of a hotel near the car park to pick up the car from a road. Presume this was so they didnt need to pay car parking. Last thing I needed after a 13 hour flight. Not great”
