“Before I had even left the house to drive to Heathrow I was called so that they could recheck my arrival time.
As I was arriving I was called again and offered the simpler option of dropping the car off outside the main terminal building, which I took advantage of. And on my return I called on landing, and again when my bags were collected, and the car was back outside the terminal 15 minutes later. Great service as usual!”
