“Used this company for many years and generally good service except drop off this last time. Have a four hour drive to LHR and rang 30 mins prior to arrival as usual but we were arriving 30 mins before our booked time - normally this is no problem but told rather abruptly that no drivers were available until our booked time as we would have to wait - in fact waiting another 30 mins beyond the booked time and had to make several calls asking where pick up driver was each time to be told he 'was on his way' - frustrating.”
“After previous bad experiences with meet and greet it was heartening to find a company that does what it says. We followed the guidance to the letter and drop off and pick up worked well. Phone calls were promptly answered. Will definitely use again. Thank you”
