“We’ve used Edward Lloyd a few times now and they’re great. Reasonably priced and really nice drivers. While you do need to pay the £7.50 on each side for the car park drop off and the pick up, the service is worth it.”
“I would not recommend Edward meet and greet as on arrival to the airport the valet had no uniform id badge or anything to identify he worked for you.
On questioned he showed us the app on his phone.
On return from our trip communication was good but car had mud on the outside and mud scuff markes on the interior were was it parked ??”
“This was the first time I have used a meet and greet service and I chose to do so as they offered the best price and the reviews seemed OK. The communication was clear and personable at all times. They were there to meet me at the car park at Heathrow as agreed, despite me being a bit late due to traffic, and also suggested an easier, and slightly cheaper, place to be picked up in the return, which I took advantage of.
We were out of the airport off our return flight quicker than I had antcipated but delivery of the car was swift after I called them when out of the airport. In the past I had read reports of cars being used whilst thier owners were away. Mine was taken to its parking pace and left there for the whole time I was away. I know this because my car has a tracker.
I would be happy to use them again.”

“Very good service I have used a few times now, it was busy due to being half term and we had to wait about 20minutes for our pickup driver but the return was very smooth and the car showed up with in 2mins of arriving back at the pickup point.”
