“What started as a good experience with the guy coming over to my hotel to take me to the airport turned rather sour. Lucky for me the drive was short as the driver was constantly in the wrong gear and slipping my clutch at every junction. I had explained at the time of pick up I was unsure about my exact return time, no problem he said just text us when you know and we will be ready for you. What he failed to tell me was there was a £30 extra charge to have my car as I was returning 2 days early. As the original charge for parking was only £89 I was shocked with the charge and also to be told it was cash only on pickup or I wouldn't get my keys. More annoying was also no refund on the 2 days i didn't use. I certainly won't be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.”
“Picked up bang on time. I was late getting back - flight delays - but they kept in touch and my car was waiting for me when I arrived with no late charges.
Very good service all round.”
