“Awful service. Was 30 minutes late to collect my car. No introductions/appologies or ID and expected me to hand over my keys. On return, I called as suggested and the person answering the phone was rude and un helpful. Gave a complete different location than it states on website and ended up having to call him 6 times over to try and understand where we were to meet him. Once arrived, had to wait a further 20 minutes for him to arrive. No appology and rude with directions. Would never book again”
“Friendly staff, I spoke to the same gentleman on the phone, who met me at the car park on departure and returned my car on arrival. He was courteous and explained the procedure to me. An easy experience and only had to wait a few minutes for my car to be returned once back at the car park after calling when we had landed and again once we had claimed our luggage.”
