“Used this firm multiple times over the years and always very good service. Slightly different this once and its nothing major.
On drop off the rep was excellent however on collection a different rep dropped the car back to us and just threw the keys at me and disappeared - no check over of the car in case of damage or anything not even as much as a hello.
This one rep should not reflect the excellent service offered but just a little disappointing”

Once outside the Premier Inn pick-up point I sometimes have to wait up to 5 mins for my car - I would be happier if part of the process were a bit quicker.”

On the return, the car was already in position when we arrived at the collection point. Full marks to both drivers for their very courteous behaviour. “I found the Love Meet & Greet Gatwick service so easy to use. Just pull up at the terminal with your luggage, hand over your key and walk the few steps into the Terminal. It couldn't be easier. I use it myself as a Travel Agent when I travel and would always recommend this service to my clients and friends. It takes the stress out of getting the train, an expensive taxi and no leaving earlier for the park and ride to the airport. It really couldn't be easier. Give it a try and see for yourself.”
