On departure, just one phone call just 10 minutes before arriving at LGW airport and given instructions on the process and given clear instructions on where to go to drop the car and to be met by staff.
Same again on arrival, after collecting luggage and clearing customs, one phone call and given clear instructions on where to go for a collection of the car. On both occasions met by staff who were courteous and friendly.”
