“Superb service. They were there to meet us when we arrived outside the terminal and then when we came back they were there with my car. I cannot fault this service.”
“I do love the meet and greet service but on this occasion I had to wait around 20 minutes before my car turned up, and when it's January, it's not nice to stand outside waiting for that length of time”
“Normally service is quite efficient but when returning to Gatwick on Friday 12th April in the evening I was told car would be 10-15 minutes but it then took 30 minutes so was left standing at pick up spot Disappointed I was told when calling again after 20 minutes that the car was just coming into the terminal which clearly wasn’t the truth as it was eventually delivered by a driver who we had seen just drop off another car whilst we were waiting.
Appreciate it may have been a busy time, but was disappointed with the service on this occasion.”
“=‘’Love meet and greet was so easy to book. It’s easy to find when you get to Gatwick airport not far to walk into north terminal. I use a wheelchair and as I was with my daughter so we asked one of the park attendants for help with lifting my wheelchair out of the car. When we arrived back my car was waiting for me. Once again they helped put the wheelchair into the car. It was easy to get back onto the m25. I have used this company for several years and will continue to do so. I definitely recommend them.”
“Unfortunately we did not find this company very good. On arrival we called to say we arrived to be told we should of given them 10mins warning. It did not say that on the paperwork. We waited 15mins for car collection, even longer on return. It is not meet and greet, it is basically the same as park and ride. The other companies that are behind the Sofitel are much better and efficient.
Also, the people on the phone need to up their customer service skills....incredibly rude.”
“Cant fault them. Quick to answer the phone, collected car when they said they would, easy procress and clear instructions. When we landed, car arrived for us just as we did. Everything great. Thank you”
