“The drop off before departure was great, very simple and easy. On the return we had to wait around 40 minutes for the driver to turn up. We were told there was a bit of a wait, but we didn't expect it to take that long. It could have just been the day though, and might not be reflective of their usual service. The person on the phone I called to pick up the car after we had returned did say they were a bit short staffed and it could be 20 mins. I only gave 3 stars because it actually took 40 mins”
“Have been using meet and greet for quite a while, would not use any one else. The guy was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport on return to Gatwick we had a short wait which we were told on phoning to say we were back. We booked I love Meet and Greet through APH who we have used since 1995”
“Was a bit flustered coming into LGW North terminal but the person on the phone was very reassuring and gave fabulous directions (park in the laybys outside the premier inn for LGW North terminal!) service was efficient and would definitely use them again.”
