“Apart from the fact they had us under the wrong name, right reference all was ok. Didn’t appreciate after a 4 hour drive having to wait to go to our room, but room was nice and hotel relatively easy to find and safe parking”
“Had an overnight stay due to an early flight, hotel staff were very efficient, polite and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, waiting staff were so obliging and friendly. Very convenient for Gatwick Airport. We will most definitely use this hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it.”
