“Not impressed.Room heating was set too 25 we asked that it was turned down and suggested 19 it was still 25 in the morning. Unable to open windows wide enough to make a difference. Very difficult to sleep in such heat and an expensive room warranted some comfort or choice regarding its temperature. We did try to discuss with staff when we left in morning but they said as they were not on shift they could not do anything about our complaint. We did ask that it was passed onto someone who could help but have heard nothing .”
“The hotel and staff were excellent, unfortunately their was a party at the hotel and they seemed to be in the room above and we had constant dooming back and forth followed by arguing until 2am, we then had to get up at 5 for are flight. One of the reasons for booking was to ensure we had a good night sleep prior to flying. Not a chance, I would have been better off staying at home and travelling down”
“a quick one-night stay before a flight and would stay there again, the food was overpriced but I would make other arrangements next time, the reception staff were friendly and helpful too”
