I am very sorry to hear about the circumstances that resulted in you being unable to use your package, particularly given the situation surrounding the Middle East conflict. We completely understand how disappointing and stressful this must have been.
As we sell this booking as a booking agent, we are required to follow the terms and conditions set by the service provider, which unfortunately means we are unable to offer a refund in this instance.
However, I would be more than happy to provide you with an insurance letter confirming that the booking went unused, which you may be able to use to make a claim through your travel insurance provider.
