The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, anticipating their customers' needs.
On arrival, we were checked in quickly, the wifi was explained to us and we were given very clear instructions on how to reach our room.
The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable, giving us a good night's sleep before our travels the following day.
Check-out was equally as pleasant, again with very friendly staff. We were also leaving our car at the hotel and this was taken care of efficiently by the staff.
On our return, the staff welcomed us back from our holiday and had already got our car ready for collection.
