“Room up to standard that I expect of Holiday Inn, but while I understand that despite being a IHG platinum member I cannot expect an upgrade on a reduced price deal obtained through APH, I did expect some sort of recognition of this status.
One complaint was that I could not get through on the phone to maintenance or the front desk and when instead I went to the desk to speak to someone, it was very clear that they were too busy to answer my question. Fortunately I was able to control the heat in the room by opening the window, but despite assurances by front desk, no one came to sort out the problem.
I cannot comment on food because breakfast was not included and in any event my departure time was too early to expect cooked breakfast.”
“hotel close to parking; only criticism is that some parking spaces are small but then not everyone has larger car. Good nights rest ready for next day”
