“The staff on check in we're very helpful. The room was comfortable and the decoration was in good condition. The only point I would make is that the base of the bath was very slippy on entry when using the shower. The public areas were bright and welcoming. The restaurant was satisfactory although the choice was quite limited. Overall I would recommend this hotel.”
“I found the guys at reception were absolutely brilliant. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. The young ladies in the restaurant and bar area also were be. Wonderfully helpful.
I never saw or experienced anything that wasn’t first class.

“Ideally situated for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. Unfortunately on the evening we stayed there was torrential rain and part of the hotel was flooded. The restaurant was then closed so unable to comment on those facilities”
“Great hotel to stay at if parking at APH, especially if you have a really early flight. Staff always friendly, food good, rooms spacious and comfortable.
On this occasion the hotel had been flooded by a flash storm the day before but everything was running perfectly”
