“The directions given were easy to follow and the car park was clearly laid out with easy access and secure. Check in was swift and pleasant with good sized modern room and bathroom, the bed was big, firm, fresh and comfortable. The. Facilities provided were perfect for a quick one night stop over. The bar and restaurant offered plenty of choice of good food and refreshments, we left early in the morning so cannot comment on breakfast. The only problem we found was that the rooms heating system failed and would not turn on no matter what we did resulting in a cold night in spite of the duvet! Not the best start to a holiday sadly but we only discovered that once it was too late to call in assistance.”

“I had a wonderful evening there. The food was awesome and really superb that the kids eat free with an adult paying...just before going on a holiday it's really helpful. Beds are comfy and the facilities are good. However I DID NOT appreciate the TV turning itself on and plunging my room into light at 5am in the morning!!! I could not turn it off and X3 hotel towels thrown over it did nothing to dull the light emission. Kind of defeats the point of having black out curtains really??? I'm hoping my room was maybe wired up wrong as they can't be wanting customers rising at 5am!????”
“We had a wonderful overnight stay before jetting off on our honeymoon. Staff were attentive, polite, friendly, helpful and smiley, the accommodation spotless, quiet and in a fabulous location for the APH car parking service. This service was sooo impressive! It was slick, efficient, organised and staff were polite and professional. Absolutely hassle free, just what you need to start your holiday. We will definitely use both the Holiday Inn and APH car park service again. 10/10 Mr and Mrs Ciacci”
