“The hotel itself had very nice communal areas and staff very polite and friendly. The room was dated but functional.
It was however the worst nights sleep experienced at an airport hotel due to the noise from guests in the corridor and the room above. We slept in room 102 and occupants of room 202 proceeded to walk around their room constantly with force (resembling a stampede of elephants) until 1130pm then resumed this at 3am so we had zero sleep. We called reception who said they would check in the corridor of floor 2 to see what was going on.
This has put us off airport hotels and we would rather stay home and drive early hours to the airport. The parking however with APH was great as always.”
“Rooms are lovely, staff really friendly, efficient and professional. However - there is a lot of noise and thy do not encourage guests to be quiet when walking up and down the hallways all times of the night. Got 2 hours sleep so not very impressed!”
