“Reception staff greeted us warmly. Our room was lovely. Clean, nice soft fluffy towels in bathroom. The toiletries were good quality. Bed was really comfy and so were the pillows. There was a fridge, hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee etc. An ironing board and iron. Parking was free also. We couldn't possibly have asked for anything more. Without doubt we will stay again the next time we fly from Gatwick. Thankyou.”
“Nice location to APH car park (6 min drive). There is plenty of parking the day that I went and the hotel from the outside and lobby looks really nice. The room itself is quite dated and needs renovating. I went with my wife and pretty sure I asked for a double bed but got given 2 single beds. I pushed them together but they were on wheels with no brakes and the middle kept on spreading.”
“Nice clean and friendly, only one complaint but for me its a big one that you can't pay cash at the bar, it should not be allowed to refuse to accept legal tender.”
“Lovely hotel , comfortable and the staff in the restaurant were amazing they made me a meal that was not on the menu as I didn’t like anything they offered . The only negative thing is the bathroom was a big small and tired.”
