We thought that the hotel was welcoming and neat. After a long drive down, it was nice to relax in the rooms and the bar.
The facilities were extremely clean. The food was of an excellent standard too.
My only gripe, and I'm not sure if this is your issue or not, but any help would be appreciated; was the fact that I purchased this deal to include parking and hotel stay -but I was hit with a £15 parking charge for the night at Gatwick Worth. I appreciate that parking for the duration of the holiday was included with APH who provided good service.
The nightly charge for parking at the hotel was not made clear to me before I arrived. I was under the impression that I had paid for everything but to then be asked for a further charge was a shock.
If it had been absorbed into the price before I had booked it, I probably wouldn't have noticed and would've booked anyway. I think the nature of the original deal is for customers like myself who want everything paid for before arriving.
Please let me know if this is something that you and your team can rectify as I am willing to take this further.
I would hate for this one factor to jeopardise any future bookings with yourselves.
