“We booked this hotel through an APH long-stay parking offer. We usually park at APH and take the shuttle bus service that runs very frequently and regularly to both LGW terminals, so selecting this option and relying on a minicab was on the margin of our comfort zone - especially as we would be arriving late to the hotel, around 22:30hrs and require a taxi at 05:15hrs the following morning - with transfer requests handled by the hotel on arrival of the guests. As it transpired, our fears were dismissed by the friendly and professional night duty reception team who arranged for a cab that arrived on the dot the following morning at 05:15hrs. The room was spacious, very clean and a super comfortable bed. The check in and out process was super quick and efficient. The morning reception staff were helpful and chatty whilst we waited for the taxi to arrive. Full explanation given as to how to arrange for a pick-up once we had returned to LGW in order to collect our car. On approach, the car park is a little confusing as it is not abundantly clear whether you park in the main ANPR controlled car park or proceed to the reception area and then park once you had checked-in but other than that, a super hotel, great staff, will definitely use again.”

“A good clean hotel with a nice restaurant / bar / terrace area. A good place to wind down before heading off on your travels. Very handy for the Gatwick APH parking nearby which itself is fast and efficient at getting you to and from Gatwick Airport. There is a good deal to be had when the hotel and parking are booked together through APH. When I booked, the overnight parking at the hotel was free (first night before moving onto APH for the remainder of the time) but this may have changed - the hotel tried to charge me but I insisted as it was clear on the paperwork. Don't park at the hotel for the duration and use a taxi for travel to / from the Airport - it can be manic at both ends and there is a risk of no-show to get you to the Airport. Use APH.”
“This hotel is very close to the APH car park where we left our car while away. Although we arrived in the early hours of the morning following our flight, I informed the hotel beforehand; so there was no problem when we arrived. We were however surprised to find that we had to pay an additional £15 for parking. This needs to more obvious during booking.”
