“Stayed here twice now, would definitely be my first choice of hotel when flying from Gatwick. Lovely hotel, great choice of food, very friendly staff. On our last visit we arrived really late due to road closures- this meant the restaurants were closed. We were kindly upgraded to a room with a mini bar so that we could have something to eat and drink. This was really appreciated”
“We had a lovely stay at the Sofitel Gatwick hotel. The staff were lovely, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a good sleep in a super comfy bed. We ate at the Thai restaurant and it was fab. The perfect start to our holiday.”
“The product I purchased was hotel and valet parking on the Gatwick Airport Web site. Hotel was good. Parking not so much! My booking was not recognised at the barrier nor by the greeter at the car park. Very poor service for a premium product . Lgw valet could learn a lot from the operator at Heathrow ! Plus I got a spurious email about Autopay! Far from satisfied plus why no survey regarding parking - only one about the hotel ? !”
