“Very well kept hotel, rooms are of a high standard. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
The restaurant does cater for every taste however the price of the food doesn’t match the quality of the food and I would expect a bit more for my money.
That being said, it’s a perfect spot for the North terminal with a connecting link directly from the hotel to the terminal itself.”
“Admin not brilliant we had to ring aph to sort car parking at hotel who initially said we had no booking for the car young lady at aph had to ring and email hotel whilst we sat in car park”
“Hotel was great room was fantastic only downside that I parked my car in wrong carpark had to pay £230 when returning from my holiday to get out of carpark my own fault .I booked hotel and parking early May think it would be good idea ,if a memo or email was sent nearer the time has a reminder of terms and conditions to save any misunderstandings yours mark phillips”
“Good hotel opposite Gatwick airport north terminal check-in. Very modern and clean. Expected room views over the airport runway to watch flights arriving and departing as advertised but instead overlooked the hotel restaurant! On asking for a different room with a runway view, was told none were available. Also, personally prefer a bath but only shower available. Hotel restaurant and room service had very limited menu choice.
