“On our most recent visit, there was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom. To be fair, when we complained, we were immediately allocated another room without any hassle. The food was not up to the standard that we experienced on a previous visit. The lifts were very busy (one was out of action) and we had to wait some considerable time to get from the entrance up to the reception floor with our suitcases. However, the hotel is very conveniently located next to the terminal and it is only a short indoor walk through from Reception into North Terminal and the shuttle train to South Terminal.”

Quiet and calm, quick check in, spacious room.
Only thing we can fault is the food. Expensive and not great - £45 for 2x English breakfasts, not cooked to order but rather a buffet”
“A very comfortable hotel close to Gatwick North Terminal, busy but well-organised. Staff were very helpful, particularly as regards offering help with luggage. Our room was quiet and a generous size. Good and attentive food and service. Specific directions to the hotel from APH drop-off would have been useful as ground level access was not totally straightforward. Access from the tunnel opposite Easjet check-in was probably easiest but not obvious from the drop-off zone.”
