“Easy check in and bus ride to airport very quick, drop off right at the terminal entrance.
Return just as easy and quick, one phone call and bus was there within minutes.
Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using service in the future”
“Been using Cophall for years, but the service has definitely declined.
Dropping off is still easy, but found the reception staff quite uninterested.
The bus driver didn’t even say good morning and the journey was quite uncomfortable.
On our return, I contacted Cophall as requested, but waited 25 minutes for a bus, all other buses had come and gone twice in this time. Again the bus driver was rude and asked to see our booking reference.
The other drivers helped customers and were pleasant and jovial, but our driver just sat in his cab.
When I picked my car up, all the controls had been altered and there was mud all over the drivers carpet.
We hadn’t used Cophall for a while, instead favouring another off site company, but thought I would try them, but will be going back to the other company. They are friendly and always have a smile on their face, unlike Cophall.”
“Way out was fine. On way back we called 4 times for a pick up and waited 40 minutes. We have a 9 month old and it was freezing cold. Kept being told there was a bus already there or arriving momentarily, but that was not the case.”
“The directions that we was given was quite complicated as the road was shut Because of repairs, therefore we ended up at the APH parking facility, unloaded our bags and went to the customer services who told us this was the wrong place, They very kindly explained the way to Copthorne parking. This for extra time on our travel to Gatwick Airport to get Our plane. I have not parked here before and probably wouldn’t park here again. I would continue parking in a normal APH parking area my next time”
“Excellent company. Very polite & professional. They were very helpful when my flight was cancelled & I needed my car released in the middle of the night. Buses are prompt and frequent. On returning, they had my car ready for collection straight away.”
“Car park is good and process when you arrive is good. The car park is a bit of a trek form the airport at Gatwick and waiting for the bus on return took lonhger than expected.”
