“All good as usual but had a fair wait to be picked up. I phoned when we had got our luggage and then phoned later when there was no sign of a bus to be told, "you phoned at 4.18pm and there was a bus at 4.21". There was no way that we could have walked to bus stop 6 in 3 minutes. But it did arrive after about 25 mins.”

Bus was full but driver in no hurry ,as we were on a tight time frame was a bit concerned but we got there and made flight so no real problem”
“Stupidly left our passports in the boot of my car and they kindly sent them on the shuttle. The phones were down for over half an hour and had to go via the driver on the shuttle which was very stressful but really appreciated them sending them over. Good service.”
