“Very quick & easy process, clear directions to the car park. Handed over keys, checked flight times and given a card with return instructions. Straight on to bus for a short Journey to airport. On return bus waiting outside. At car park, Keys and car already for return journey home. Excellent.”
“Cophall was not up to the usual high APH standard. The main problem was on the transfer bus where the driver did not help with handling luggage and the available space was tricky to load. This happened both ways and so it was probably Cophall's policy to watch the elderly struggle.”
