“Quick, efficient with polite people, the return bus could of been a bit quicker as the APH and Purple parking busses arrived for people off the same flight before Cophall.”
“My experience with this car park was frustrating from start to finish. Due to road closures, it was incredibly difficult to locate, leaving me driving around country lanes for an additional 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I was on low battery in my electric vehicle, adding unnecessary stress to the situation.
On my way back at Gatwick Airport, I had to wait for over 30 minutes before the shuttle bus arrived to take me back to the car park.
This delay was both inconvenient and disappointing.”
