Fantastic hotel very clean and welcoming such a great location, my partner and I used this hotel a number of times highly recommended.

Sadly we had a very bad experience at the hotel. After a very long 6 hour journey down from Yorkshire we retired to bed in our 3rd floor bedroom as we had an early long haul flight next day. The bedroom was opposite a meeting room of some sort. At around 10:00pm we heard screams, shouting, high pitched screaming and people were constantly coming out of various rooms, high on alcohol and drugs that we could smell. They were constantly running up and down the corridor. At 03:30am my wife went to our room door to ask them politely to quieten down as people were trying to sleep. One guy was passing our room, held up by another, smaller guy. When asked to be quiet the smaller guy came towards her aggressively and she closed the the door in panic feeling anxious and scared. After that they tried to open the door which terrified my wife, to the point she did not want to call Reception as they would know who had complained. Our words to them made no difference and finally at 05:30 they quietened down - but we were up at 06:00 for our flight. When we went to checkout at Reception, we explained the situation and they told us it was cabin crew and that this had happened before, which appalled us. We are both professionals and know that if we behaved like this we would have been sacked as this reputational damage. We just really hope they weren’t on cabin duty that day. We would like to know which airline’s cabin crew this was as we liked to make an official complaint to the airline. We also feel Hilton should do the same as I am sure the hotel would not want to upset and frighten it’s guests and suffer reputational damage itself. We hope you will reply to us ASAP. We stayed at the Hilton Friday 28th Apr and were in a 3rd floor room.
