“The purpose for the hotel for the one night before our flight did its job. The staff were friendly and nice. I have given 3 stars as there were no baby changing units in the toilet by the restaurant, the mattress in the bed was too soggy for our liking, the toilet seat in our room was broken and when we arrived, our room had a dirty tray of food from the night before outside of it - not what I would expect for the price we paid.”

“Clean, modern, quiet, pleasant and efficient staff, good catering facilities if somewhat pricey, and conveniently situated for the South Terminal at Gatwick. Would recommend, and use again with the accompanying parking arrangements.”
