“Great location and very easy to find once we had parked at Valet parking. It was very convenient for an early flight next morning. We didn't eat here.
The room was ok, a little basic and the walls were so thin we could hear neighbours talking and their television until late into the night. Also lots of noise from corridor. It is strange that the hotel has been built to block all plane noise out (you cannot hear them take off or landing) however not to block out noisy neighbours! I have not had this issue at Premier Inn.”
“Every thing was ok , had a refurbishment since here last rooms basically the same but now looks a cheap tourist hotel inl London, the restaurant is not the same, the old restaurant was classy and I didn’t mind spending out on a expensive meal but it’s changed it’s like a fish and chip shop, I won’t be back”
“Room was not great, dirty towel dumped on surface in bathroom and bin hadn’t been emptied. Booked as a treat for husbands birthday prior to fight the next day. Absolutely rubbish and massive disappointment and nothing that stood it out from a Premier Inn. Like staying in a high rise car park. Rubbish instant coffee, no decent coffee machine or water. I’ve stayed at other Hilton’s all over the world and UK but wouldn’t bother again here and would think twice ever using Hilton again.”
“Very comfortable stay before an early morning flight from Gatwick. Short walk to the terminal all under cover. Easy transfer from car park. Will definitely stay here again if we have an early flight.”
