“I wasn't impressed with I love Meet and Greet. First, the email with the booking tries to describe the pick-up location in detail, but because there are literally zero signs pointing to "I Love Meet and Greet" at the airport, the directions are flawed and make you wonder whether you're in the right place after three laps around the terminal. All they had to do was to tell people to stop in front of the Premier Inn.
Luckily I was spending the night at the airport or it could have delayed me more than I'd expect for something that is usually very simple to do.”
