“The information wasn't passed properly from the booking site which meant a delay in dropping off the car. We also had to wait for someone to pick the car and drop it back and it seemed it would be quicker and more convenient to do this ourselves. The car was returned muddy suggesting it had been parked in a field.”
“This was the first time I used I Love Meet & Greet, although I have used other valet parking providers. I was very impressed with their helpfulness on the phone (very clear instructions/descriptions on where to meet the attendant for handover), and the professionalism of the attendant when dropping off and collecting my car. Will definitely use them again.”
“Very efficient service. The only problem was that we left the car at Gatwick North terminal where our hotel was but arrived back at the South terminal. When we rang to have our car delivered the operator assumed we knew where to go at the South terminal and it took 3 phone calls to establish where we needed to go.”
“This is the second time we have used I Love Meet & Greet and can honestly say they were excellent from start to finish. To be greeted at the airport at 7am with the car already warmed up is a god send especially after a long overnight flight! Also this time they offered a full valet service and we were very impressed how clean they managed to get the inside of the car. We were not prepared for that service so had left more stuff in the car than would normally be the case, which must have made the clean more challenging. We also have a very hairy Golden Labrador that sheds hair everywhere! And all at a very reasonable price! We would definitely recommend their service and we will certainly be using them again in future.”
“I messed up the dates on arrival so it took a bit long to get our car picked up but that is obviously just my fault. I expected people to be there waiting and the drop off location but it turns out they're only there if they are expecting you which again, is fair enough.
The test for me was the return flight and whether they were on time when they were expecting us. The process they ask you to follow is to collect your luggage and go through customs and then call them. I did this but was in a queue to get through to someone for just over 10 minutes. Once I got through, they sent someone out and by time we had walked to the pick-up location (pretty much right outside arrivals) they were there waiting which was great.
Being on hold for a while was frustrating when you have so much luggage and very jet lagged kids but I'd still give this service 5 stars and will be using every time I fly again.”
“Excellent service . It’s nice to find a meet and greet who are still actually meet and greet . I’ve used other companies recently who claim to be “meet and greet” then instruct you to park yourselves and find their desk to hand over the keys . Will use this company again”
