“Overall, a really good experience. The instructions were clear and the drop-off instructions were easy to follow. I spoke to the team the night before dropping and in the morning (3am!) and the staff members were very friendly and clear. The drivers who met me on both occassions were great, friendly and engaging with my 3 children.
My one negative was on collection when calling the team to bring my car to the airport. When dropping the car off, the driver told me that the collection time on return was 6pm. I stated that this was too late as we landed back in the UK at 12:30. He said that this was fine and was just for contingency (i.e. in case we were delayed). When I then contacted the team at around 1:30pm I found the staff member on the phone somewhat abrasive; he stated (in a rather stern manner) that I had signed the document stating 6pm and that they would need to move cars to get mine out. Whilst I appreciate that, I was following their own recommendation/guidance. He made me feel that it was my "fault" for agreeing to 6pm and (after a stressful journey home) gave me the impression that I was causing a problem and/or would need to wait for my car.
In the end, the pickup experience was seamless - the car was with me within 10 minutes, so I don't feel that the tone from the call handler was appropriate and a good reflection on their service.
Overall, a really good service and I would use APH again.”
“Although the drop off and pickup process was ok the cleanliness of it was terrible. I am not sure where it had been left but it was dirty, covered in leaves and the sap of a tree. Very disappointing”
“The service is so good, we have a 5 yr old and being able to drive to the Airport go straight to the Departures and drop the car off before catching our flight is brilliant. On the return they drive the car back for you to pop your luggage in and drive straight home.”
