“Easy drop off procedure. Friendly staff. Needed to change collection time which was not easy, ended up emailing as no obvious contact number. Email answered promptly. Collection also easy. Would just suggest the company make it easier/more obvious how to contact them. A good service overall.”
“I’ve used I love meet and greet a few times now and they’re the absolute go to for my parking when going away on holiday. The drop off instructions are really simple as are the pick up instructions. I love being able to walk straight out of the airport and get into my car and go. No hanging around for bus transfers or then waiting in a queue to pick up your car. I will be using them again.”
“Initially concerned by reviews, my experience with I love meet and greet could not have gone smoother.
Our alarm failed to wake us at 3.15 so we were running late to leave our hotel. I called I love meet and greet and 10 minutes later, as I opened my car door at Gatwick, a lovely, friendly gentleman called my name. Our car was photographed and all handed over in a matter of minutes and we were on our way!
On return, I had forgotten to allow for time difference so needed our car 3 hours early. This was no issue, after another delightful phone conversation, our car pulled in as we exited the terminal!
